Inspiren Welcomes Stephanie Sudbury as Chief Commercial Officer

Stephanie is a proven go-to-market leader with deep experience scaling mission-driven B2B SaaS organizations and building high-performing teams. Before joining Inspiren, she spent nearly eight years at Udemy, helping build Udemy Business and ultimately serving as President. Prior to that, she scaled Customer Success at Gild from the ground up, laying the foundation for long-term customer growth and retention.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time with family and friends, chasing adventures with her two daughters, traveling and exploring new places, and fitting in audiobooks whenever she can.
Stephanie was drawn to Inspiren for the mission behind our work, the opportunity ahead in senior living, and the chance to build something deeply impactful alongside a team with real momentum. As CCO, Stephanie will lead Inspiren’s go-to-market strategy across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, bringing alignment, focus, and operational excellence to every stage of the customer journey. Her leadership will help ensure that as we scale, we do so intentionally: deepening partnerships with operators, empowering care teams with meaningful insights, and elevating the resident experience through thoughtful, measurable impact.
